Thank you for taking the time to view this dedicated consultation website for Woollam Park, a proposed new, exemplar neighbourhood in North St Albans. We carried out a comprehensive, two-stage public consultation programme in August and September 2024, which included two public exhibition events and three high-street ‘pop-up’ events alongside the material which was uploaded to this website.

We are currently collating and analysing the feedback received as part of this exercise and are using it to help us refine our proposals ahead submitting a planning application. We will remain in contact with residents and key stakeholders throughout the planning process.

While we prepare an application, we wanted to address some of the issues that were raised at our public consultation events.
